Both options include the same package features. Monthly plans renew unless canceled; monthly API credit is granted after successful payment. One-time passes expire exactly 30 days after confirmed payment and do not renew. Unused wallet credit is not automatically replenished. Monthly checkout requires an active matching PayPal plan and may be unavailable until configured. There is no unlimited AI usage, automatic knowledge training, team seats, or ongoing custom hosting. RelayStack provides access to AI systems and implementation support, but AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for a customer’s specific use case.
- No AI output should be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax, hiring, or compliance advice.
- Customers are responsible for human review before high-impact decisions.
- RelayStack does not guarantee output accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers control what they upload.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, share, and process any data, documents, websites, or other content used with RelayStack.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- Do not upload sensitive personal data unless your policies and legal basis allow it.
- RelayStack may use third-party AI providers and infrastructure to deliver the service.
No illegal or abusive use.
RelayStack may not be used to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, spread malware, facilitate fraud, or generate harmful or abusive content.
- No misuse of API access, rate limits, or billing systems.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the platform.
- Accounts violating policy may be suspended or terminated.

RelayStack offers Business, Growth, and Scale with either monthly subscriptions or 30-day one-time access.
- One-time passes do not renew; monthly subscriptions renew until canceled.
- One-time passes include credit once; monthly subscribers receive credits with successful paid cycles.
- Additional implementation work requires a separate agreement or quote.
- Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
